Tasha Duckering

My name is Tasha. I’ve been a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years. In 2018, I made the move to India, studying yoga in its purest form. Diving deeper into the wisdom of the poses (asana), breath work (pranayama) and meditation (dharana). This wisdom is the basis of my daily energetic and healing cultivation practice. I bring this wisdom into the classes I facilitate. During my time in India, I earned 500 YTT teacher training hours in Tantra, Himalayan and prenatal yoga. My classes are for all bodies, for all experience levels and for all intentions. In these classes, attention and intention are important elements as we explore our relationship to our body using techniques such as felt sense, meditative awareness, breath and imagery.

In addition to being a yogic practitioner, I am also in graduate school, earning a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy as a Marriage and Family therapist at the California Institute of Integral Studies. My intention is to incorporate yoga as a therapeutic technique for many purposes. I am also interested in dance, visual arts, literary arts, and ritual.

Daniel Flynn

Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, and Comedian has been practicing various styles of yoga for over 20 years. He has completed teacher trainings in both India and Portland and blends the two styles of East and West in his classes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2qkunePRqw&t=7sL

”Daniel is the first teacher that inspires me.  I couldn't ask for a better combination of style. He's dedicated, precise, and fun. That, and the deeper teaching he delivers lasts after the class is over.” - DM

“Daniel’s style is a beautiful amalgam of playfulness and depth.  A spiritual seeker
himself, his classes are inspiring, jovial and witty.” -RS

“I've been practicing yoga for over ten years and Daniel Flynn has got a line to something special. His style is relaxed enough that he can let the philosophy creep in around the edges of a strong hatha class.” -CM
